Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer with experience in commercial real estate and confidence in their ability to provide critical support to our sales professionals. This highly organized candidate has a keen eye for detail, ensures a high standard of quality, delivers a customer service-oriented attitude, and thrives in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Layout and produce Stream branded and custom marketing materials to promote Stream property listings, including but not limited to- brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, new business presentations, invitations, signage, and environmental graphics
  • Bring clients story to life by designing tailored collateral for client properties through print and digital assets
  • Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, statistical graphs, charts and tables
  • Work closely with 3rd party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production
  • Champion and become an expert level user for Stream's relevant suite of marketing technology tools
  • Translate creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow-through
  • Translate core commercial real estate concepts into design strategy
  • Stay in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients to discuss and determine best design strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Marketing
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience in commercial real estate
  • Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience is a plus
  • Motion graphics and video production and editing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of website development platforms a plus Highly organized with a focus on customer service with a great attitude, work ethic and strong sense of team, shown through a friendly, proactive and professional approach
