As a Sales and Revenue Growth Designer, you will create high-impact materials that support both new sales and client retention. Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Design innovative, visually compelling sales proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets.
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, microsites, interactive PDFs, and other digital experiences that support client growth and retention.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Retention, Strategy, and Content teams to translate business goals into thoughtful creative solutions.
  • Turn complex information, client needs, and strategic concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
  • Explore AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve efficiency, support ideation, and enhance creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and collaborative working sessions.
  • Prepare and format materials for digital and print production with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and creative resources for easy team access.
  • Support RFP and proposal development by creating layouts and visual systems that make content easier to understand and more memorable.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced, collaborative, or sales-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
  • A strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.
  • The ability to balance creativity with strategy, business objectives, and brand standards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Curiosity about AI, emerging technology, and new ways of improving the creative process.
  • A collaborative mindset, a willingness to experiment, and enthusiasm for learning from others.
