Welcome!

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative and marketing teams by producing highquality visual assets that align with brand standards andmarketing channelobjectives.This role reports to the Sr. Graphic Designer.Key marketing channel assets includeemail campaigns,social media campaigns,salesmaterials,and internal communications.Thispositionis ideal for an emerging designer eager to grow their skills in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate daily with the Sr. Graphic Designer to executeconcepts,maintainbrand standards, and ensure messaging and design consistency across all channels
  • Assistin the creation of digital and print assets including social graphics, email headers, digital display ads, postcard designs, sales handouts/flyers, etc.
  • Design and version campaign assets based on variations to services, promotional offers, regional and local nuances
  • Resize and version approved creative assets for various channels without losing brand consistency whilemaintaininggood design
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing channel owners to review project brief overview, and receive feedback during weekly creative review meetings
  • Manage projects on Monday.com, track revisions, and apply feedback quickly whilemaintainingquality control
  • Maintain strict file organization, naming conventions and clean handoff folders so that assets are easy to find and reuse onSharepoint
  • Prepare and package files for print production or crossfunctional team use
  • Stay current on design trends and contribute fresh ideas to improve creative quality across the department

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of design experience (internships included).
  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Video & audio editing skills a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail,good designskills,and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multipleprojects at onceand meet deadlines.
  • Portfoliodemonstratingfoundational design skills.
