Role: Production Artist II / Graphic Designer II – Basketball Apparel Graphics

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-Month Contract


Are you passionate about basketball, apparel graphics, and bringing creative concepts to life through production-ready artwork?


We are seeking a Production Artist II / Graphic Designer II to support a high-profile Basketball Apparel Graphics team. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys both the creative and technical aspects of apparel graphics and thrives in a fast-paced product creation environment.


What You'll Do

• Create production-ready graphic artwork for tees and cut-and-sew apparel

• Develop detailed graphic schematics, line art, laydowns, and product pages

• Support screen printing, patches, heat transfers, trims, and graphic applications

• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Apparel Design, Product Management, and Development teams

• Review strike-offs and maintain artwork accuracy through final approval

• Utilize 2D and 3D tools to visualize and execute graphics


Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Apparel Graphic Design and/or Production Art experience

• Experience working on Tees and Cut & Sew Apparel

• Strong Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite skills

• Experience with screen printing, trims, patches, and graphic applications

• Color Design experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

• Basketball or sports apparel experience

• Experience supporting athlete product creation

• AOP (All Over Print) development experience

• CLO 3D, Browzwear, AI design tools, Smartsheet, Airtable, or Miro experience

Portfolio Requirements


Candidates must provide:

• Apparel Graphic Design work

• Production Art schematics

• Apparel line art and laydowns

• Color Design examples

• 3–5 project case studies demonstrating workflow and execution
