Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Graphic Design Teacher to educate and inspire students in the principles and practices of visual communication. The successful candidate will develop and deliver curriculum that fosters creativity, technical proficiency, and critical thinking.ย 
Key responsibilities
  • Curriculum and lesson development:ย Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover a range of graphic design topics, including design theory, typography, color theory, digital illustration, and software proficiency.
  • Classroom instruction:ย Deliver engaging lectures and demonstrations to students with various skill levels, both in-person and potentially through online platforms.
  • Project guidance and evaluation:ย Assign and evaluate student projects, providing constructive feedback and hosting critiques to help students improve their skills and build their portfolios.
  • Software training:ย Ensure students become proficient in industry-standard graphic design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant applications.
  • Mentorship and advising:ย Advise and mentor students on academic and career pathways, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their professional goals.
