Job Summary
Hagadone Media Group is seeking an innovative and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role involves collaborating with other designers, sales, and marketing teams to develop visually compelling graphics and campaigns that enhance client marketing initiatives across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to work onsite. Local candidates are preferred, or candidates must be able to relocate prior to starting.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team on project concepts and creative strategies
  • Determine voice, messaging, and tone for graphic design pieces
  • Develop advertising creative, logos, and other graphics as required
  • Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
  • Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts for visual materials
  • Create visualizations that accurately convey messaging and undertones
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and internal teams
  • Implement feedback and revisions as appropriate
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all designs for accuracy and errors
  • Contribute to both print and digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, design, or a related field
  • Portfolio demonstrating extensive designs used in successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop
  • Experience designing for both print and digital media
