Job Title: Manager, Marketing & Graphic Design- Multi-brands (Wrestling/Combat/Sports)

Department: Multi Division/Brand

Reports to: Senior Director Marketing, Corporate

Employment Type: Full-time/Exempt/Salary

Location: Onsite based in either Boston, MA OR Conshohocken, PA OR Glenview, IL (Only LOCAL candidates will be considered)

Travel/Schedule (Brands): Monday-Friday business hours plus evenings and weekend hours as needed with travel to our sites, tournaments and events locally and/or nationally

Position Overview

The Manager, Marketing & Graphic Design - Multi-brands (Wrestling/Combat/Sports) is a newly created position as an individual contributor subject matter expert who will lead the day-to-day marketing execution and graphic design for a number of 3STEP brand divisions. This is a well-rounded role for a marketer who will own the digital footprints (social media, email, and website) while also bringing hands-on graphic design skills to the brands.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design social graphics, event promo & signage, website banners and email assets for the assigned divisions.
  • Create and maintain branded templates and digital assets that flex across various brands while maintaining distinct visual identities.
  • Collaborate with brand leadership and the national marketing team to drive growth through creative initiatives.

Marketing Management

  • Own day-to-day social content calendars, posting cadence, and community management for the divisions/brands.
  • Collaborate closely with external partners to support day–to-day social media for joint events.
  • Drive email marketing performance (strategy, content, and segmentation) to support registration.
  • Manage the divisions/brands websites, including copywriting, landing page creation, link management, SEO, and basic site updates.
  • Build and maintain marketing calendars across social, email, and web based on the event and programming needs of each division/brand.
  • Manage and hire contractor content creators to support on-site social coverage at division/brand events, capturing and publishing real-time content.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as brand leaders, event directors, and the national marketing team, in addition to external stakeholders such as key partners, joint events and sponsors.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of design experience (agency or in-house), including internships or freelance work.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, with well-rounded exposure to social media, email, website management, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop required; familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva a plus.
  • A strong sense of layout, typography, and color, with the ability to adapt to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and digital trends.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills—you can take a vision and bring it to life while managing feedback and prioritizing projects.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced youth sports environment.
  • The ideal candidate has a creative eye and design background with expertise in managing campaigns end to end.
  • Bonus: background or genuine interest in sports culture and audience.
  • Ideal: Wrestling/Combat/Basketball/Volleyball/Lacrosse sports team work or athletic experience
