The NFL Uniform Design Team creates the future of sport by exploring the intersection of the Gridiron, Community, and Culture through authentic, narrative-driven uniform design. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will help drive narrative strategy, creative vision, and design excellence across multiple NFL and MLB uniform programs while partnering closely with designers, developers, product managers, and brand partners. Together, you will create compelling concepts and storytelling systems that embody Nike Design values and shape the future of sport through uniform, sideline, and fanwear expressions.This opportunity requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and a team-first mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to navigate timelines, align on key milestones, ensure design feasibility, and deliver elevated creative solutions that meet both athlete and consumer needs. Equally important, you will be responsible for communicating the story behind the work, building compelling Graphic Visual Centers and presentations that inspire internal and external audiences.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As our Graphic Designer II, you will combine your creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities to build compelling narratives that connect athletes, franchises, and fans. You will create graphic narratives and visual languages that define the future of NFL and MLB uniforms, while extending seamlessly into sideline, training, and fanwear collections. Your work will be industry-leading, culturally relevant, and rooted in athlete, fan, and consumer insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 1-4+ years directly relevant work experience.
  • Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends, as well as visual culture.
  • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to adapt to change and balance multiple, contending priorities.
  • Professional visual and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.
  • Knowledge of branding, typography, and visual identity.
  • Ability to translate graphics into graphic applications (ie screenprints, trims, sublimation, etc)
  • Knowledge of apparel product creation and basic knowledge of apparel construction.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC and comfortable working within new digital spaces. (Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must).
  • Ability to embrace diverse points of view while encouraging an environment of inclusivity.
