JOB DESCRIPTION

Production Artist – Apparel Mockups & Pre-Production Art

At 5B’s, we make apparel decoration look easy — but it all starts with precision art files. We’re looking for a Production Artist who can deliver clean mockups, tight proofs, and solid prep every time. 

Our artists are responsible for creating digital mockups of customer logos and designs as well as taking feedback from customers to adjust designs for approval. The Production Artist will also prepare files for layout, and technical specifications for the Production department.


Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do

  • Create clean, accurate digital mockups using customer logos and design files

  • Build and maintain a well-organized library of vector art and print files

  • Prepare digital proofs for customer approval with a sharp eye for detail

  • Work in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop like it’s second nature

  • Collaborate with fellow team members to resolve design issues quickly

  • Deliver error-free, production-ready artwork on tight deadlines


Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to follow systems, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working with production specs and file setups

  • Understanding of color separation

  • Familiarity with Vector art files
