To excel in a Graphic Design Internship, candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing fundamental design skills, creativity, and proficiency in visual communication, often supported by coursework or a degree in graphic design or a related field. Familiarity with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is essential, and basic knowledge of web design tools can be advantageous.
