Full-time

Posted 19 days ago

Job description

Description:

About Us: Born in artistry, built for real life, and fueled by a global community, Morphe delivers high-performance, high-design beauty without the prestige price tag. Leveraging exceptional product development, regulatory, and supply chain capabilities, we make innovative products that invite creativity and celebrate the freedom to look how you want, when you want. Join us in shaping what’s next in beauty.

Position Summary

Morphe is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer to develop elevated, consumer-facing graphic packages and experiential visual elements for our wholesale retail environments.

This role brings brand storytelling to life across open-sell gondolas, endcaps, promotional fixtures, and pop-up installations within key retail partners (Target, Ulta, Sephora CA, international affiliates, and emerging global channels).

The ideal candidate understands how to translate campaign creative into dimensional, in-store storytelling that balances prestige aesthetics with commercial performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to execute launch graphics, permanent merchandising updates, and seasonal retail moments—ensuring brand consistency, print accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Creative Development & Execution

• Adapt global brand and campaign creative into compelling, consumer-facing VM graphic packages.

• Design graphics for gondolas, endcaps, inline fixtures, promotional displays, and pop-ups.

• Develop launch toolkits and visual guideline documents for domestic and international affiliates.

• Produce 2D layouts, scaled mechanicals, and 3D mockups/renderings to communicate design intent.

• Elevate fixture storytelling zones while maintaining clean, prestige-forward design principles.

• Create print-ready production files and ensure technical accuracy across materials and finishes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with VM Channel Managers, Retail Marketing, Brand Creative, Copy, and Project Management to align on launch objectives and retail requirements.

• Present concepts and mockups to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.

• Coordinate with print and fixture vendors to release final artwork and manage production approvals.

• Support global affiliates (UK, EMEA, etc.) by sharing direction and execution files.

Production & Process Management

• Own artwork timelines and manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Review press proofs against approved art to ensure color, typography, and scale accuracy.

• Manage copy revisions via ProofHQ (or equivalent platform).

• Maintain organized digital file systems and version control.

• Support translation adaptations (Spanish, French, etc.) when required.

• Continuously optimize workflow processes and documentation standards.

________________________________________

Who You Are

• A strong visual storyteller who understands how to express brand DNA through retail graphics.

• A designer who can balance beauty and clarity—knowing when to simplify versus amplify.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, matrixed retail organization.

• Highly organized and able to manage shifting priorities without sacrificing creative quality.

• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable owning your projects end-to-end.

________________________________________

Preferred Qualifications

• Beauty industry experience (mass or prestige) strongly preferred.

• Experience working with the Beauty industry or similar retail partners.

• Familiarity with SketchUp or AI-3D rendering tools.

• Experience with Wrike, ProofHQ, or similar workflow platforms.

________________________________________

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

• Ability to review physical proofs and samples.

• Occasional light lifting of sample materials or boards.

________________________________________

Why Join Morphe

You’ll play a key role in elevating the brand’s in-store presence during a pivotal growth chapter—helping shape how Morphe shows up across mass, prestige, and global expansion channels. This is an opportunity to design at scale while influencing how beauty is experienced at retail.
