From your PASSION to ours

The Associate Brand Manager will help lead and manage key aspects of the Stonyfield Organic yogurt portfolio. This position will support the development and execution of the brand strategies that enhance Stonyfield’s products' market presence and deepen consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organic food, a keen analytical mindset, and strong collaboration skills.


This position is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in the office at our Bedford, NH location. 


From your STORY to ours

  • Brand Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing brand plans through market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to guide strategic direction.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data and market trends, to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, in-store), ensuring alignment with our brand values and messaging.
  • Product Innovation/Renovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development initiatives, focusing on key growth areas within the yogurt category, product and packaging design, P/L execution, and marketing strategies to drive      awareness of the new innovation.
  • Packaging Development: Manage implementation of packaging design and graphics updates including obsolescence tracking and timeline management.
  • Consumer Engagement: Manage implementation of promotional and marketing programs that build relationships with consumers through various touchpoints, including social media, events, partnerships and promotions.
  • Budget Management: Managing the marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensuring efficient allocation of resource.
Requirements:

From your EXPERTISE to ours

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA a plus
  • 1-3 years brand/product marketing experience preferably in consumer-packaged goods and/or in a related industry
  • A consumer-centric thinker who understands the principles of marketing with a passion for marketing and brand building
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize into data-driven recommendations 
  • Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail, including ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines, and prioritize against the most important business drivers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to drive persuasion and influence with leadership and both internal and external partners.
  • A general manager mindset, with a natural curiosity and ability to operate with ambiguity.  
  • Desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of syndicated database analysis programs (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) a plus.
