Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator (SMC) creates engaging, trend-forward contentwith a heavy emphasis on short-form videoto drive client social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The SMC partners with outside sales representatives to seamlessly transition campaigns from sale to execution. This role involves managing daily social activities, onboarding new clients, tracking performance, and recommending creative adjustments to ensure client goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, shoot, edit, and publish daily social content, prioritizing short-form video (TikToks, Reels, Stories).
  • Write compelling, platform-optimized copy, scripts, and hashtag strategies tailored to diverse target audiences.
  • Build and manage monthly client content calendars, integrating current social media trends and campaign objectives.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content.
  • Assist with the setup and monitoring of broader digital display media campaigns as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape, with hands-on experience managing business accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video creation, visual storytelling, and editing skills (Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar). Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
