Job description

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our grain bin construction crew. We are hiring for Millwright and Bin Floor Installer positions. Experience is preferred for the Millwright position, while no previous experience is required for the Bin Floor Installer position. Construction knowledge is a plus.

Our crew works on grain bin projects involving installation, removal, repair, welding, and maintenance of grain bin equipment and components.

Positions & Responsibilities:

Millwright

  • Install, remove, and repair parts and equipment

  • Welding and fabrication

  • Assist with grain bin/mill construction projects

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs

Bin Floor Installer

  • Install and replace grain bin floors

  • Repair floors and related components

  • Install and repair sweeps, fans, and vents

  • Assist with general grain bin construction

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 10+ hour shifts

  • Reliable and hardworking

  • Able to work as part of a crew

  • Willingness to travel to job sites

  • Millwright: Previous experience preferred

  • Bin Floor Installer: No experience required; construction knowledge is a plus

Travel & Per Diem:

  • $50 per diem per person/day when traveling and staying in a hotel

  • Hotel accommodations paid for

  • Travel expenses paid for

  • Work may require traveling with the crew and staying away from home
