PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Embed observability, logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and operational telemetry into ALL provisioned blueprints by design. Every new service that comes off the platform is pre-instrumented from minute zero — no opt-in required. 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

•  Strong Grafana implementation experience 

•  Experience with enterprise observability platforms 

•  Strong understanding of: 

•  Metrics 

•  Logging 

•  Tracing 

•  Alerting 

•  Dashboarding 

•  Experience integrating: 

•  CloudWatch 

•  Prometheus 

•  Grafana 

•  OpenTelemetry / ADOT 

•  Experience implementing observability standards and operational baselines 

•  Ability to automate observability onboarding during provisioning
