Accounting Graduate Rotational Program

Program Overview
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Graduate to join our team in Houston, TX through our structured Graduate Rotational Program. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience across key areas of corporate accounting, FP&A, and dealership accounting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Participants will gain exposure to meaningful projects, collaborate with senior leadership, and build technical and professional skills through a combination of mentorship, rotational learning, and real-world business impact.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Accounting Graduate Rotational Program, you will:
• Complete rotational assignments across corporate accounting, FP&A, and dealership accounting functions
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities
• Assist with corporate accounting activities including intercompany activity, consolidations, and compliance reporting
• Solve complex accounting and finance challenges through analytical problem-solving and process improvement
• Collaborate directly with senior leaders including the CFO, corporate leadership, controllers, and other functional partners
• Contribute innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to strengthen indiGO’s accounting function
• Build cross-functional relationships and gain insight into business operations across multiple regions
• Travel periodically to indiGO locations outside of Houston as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent or upcoming graduate)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
• Internship or prior experience in accounting, finance, audit, or related fields
• Interest in pursuing CPA or other relevant certifications
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools
