Systems Engineer
Location- Mclean or Chantilly
Clearance - TS/SCI FSP
Salary- 125k-230k/yr

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.

Description: SEs shall provide expertise in systems engineering, in which practices and processes are followed and applied to systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with mission partners;
• Identify technical, counterintelligence, and operational risks and recommend mitigations;
• Study the feasibility and vulnerability of new technical collection capabilities and analyze gaps;
• Assess emerging and commercial off the shelf (COTS) technologies in support of operational requirements and applications;
• Assess key vulnerabilities, single points of failure, and recommended mitigations;
• Evaluate, validate, and analyze technical development compliance with stated requirements; and
• Integrate, test, verify, and validate end-to-end systems.
Required Skills:
• Experience performing SE responsibilities for a government customer
- 2 - 4 years: Full Performer
- 5 - 9 years: Senior
- 10 - 14 years: Expert
- 15+ years: SME
• Related technical undergraduate degree
• At least two (2) years' experience providing operational engineering to a government organization focused on bolstering intelligence advantage related to the TO1 mission
Desired Skills:
• Cyber or technical operations experience or related technical graduate degree
