Job Description:
Job Summary
UNDERGRADUATE WORK STUDY STUDENTS ONLY--Assist Records team in the Office for Graduate Students and Post Doctoral Scholars with maintaining student files within electronic database. Duties include importing electronic documents, validating student documentation, and/or assisting in the microfilm transition project. Students may also be requested to serve as support persons for reception area, answering/fielding phone calls, as well as addressing all incoming traffic.

Student workers require an ability to pick up new information quickly and to work independently. A strong attention to detail is needed, as well as an ability to maintain confidentiality of student records.
