Title
Half (.5) Graduate Assistant - Student Success and Equity Interventions, Navigator Program
Position Description
The Half Graduate Assistant (.5 GA) will work 10 hours per week and receive up to 15 credits of tuition and student fee waivers: 6 for fall, 6 for spring and 3 for summer.
Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Partner with the Student Navigators to work toward increasing the persistence and retention rate of students who are at most risk.
  • Coordinate and implement outreach efforts to students referred to the Student Success office by faculty, staff, advisors, etc.
  • Meet with students and offer helpful resources.
  • Attend Student Success events throughout the year.
  • Together with staff, develop programs and initiatives geared toward student success.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
