Job Description:
This is an hourly student position that provides administrative and event support for the Atlanta Stetson-Hatcher School of Business Student Services team.
Primary Responsibilities
Administrative duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Assisting with student communications
  • Processing and distributing mail
  • Performing data entry and generating reports
  • Creating flyers and promotional materials
  • Maintaining paper and electronic records
  • Supporting social media and marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes. This position requires the ability to work effectively with graduate students, engage professionally with prospective and current students and their families in person and virtually, and provide support during Student Services events and programs.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Director of Student Services as needed.
This position may occasionally require evening and weekend availability to support special events and programs, though these hours will be infrequent and kept to a minimum.
This position will report to the Director of Student Services at the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business- Atlanta Campus.
The graduate student assistant will also maintain a professional appearance, work with various computer applications and software, such as Excel, and Word, as well as assist faculty, staff, and students when needed.
Pay rate: $13.00/hour
