Nature & Purpose of Position
The student assistant will assist with the organization of all engagement-programming initiatives of The Graduate and Professional School.
Other Requirements for the Position
General Duties:
- Provide Customer Service (greeting incoming visitors, answering phone calls and emails)
- Support the day-to-day office responsibilities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of programs and events sponsored by the Graduate School
- Prepare materials for programs and events (i.e., giveaways, folders and bags, recording equipment, etc.)
- Assist with programs and events as needed.
- Assist with maintaining/updating existing websites.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

- Ability to think creatively and offer suggestions to supervisors. Willingness to work independently as well as collaboratively with careful attention to detail.
