We are seeking a highly motivated Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer (SIGINT)to support our USAF contract on Robbins AFB, GA. This project is in support of the 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG) at Robins Air Force Base, GA.The Senior SIGINT Systems Engineersupports the 402d SWEGโ€™s mission by working closely with engineers, developers, administrators and other technical teams supporting a variety of weapon system platforms and airframes such as the F-15 and F-35 fighters, the B-1B bomber, the C-5 and C-130 cargo planes, the MQ-9 Reaper and the HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter.ย  All work will be performed on base.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Provide technical expertise for the engineering, testing, and deployment of SIGINT systems, ensuring they meet operational and performance standards.ย 
  • Take ownership of SIGINT system engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.ย 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and system specifications while managing project risks and deliverables.ย 
  • Lead efforts to identify and resolve system performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges.ย 
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders on project progress and technical issues.ย 

Requirementsย 

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibilityย 
  • Bachelor's degree (BS or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineeringย 
  • Security+ CE certificationย 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) applications and systems. This experience must include the following:ย 
    • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, SIGINT application software, system management tools, and troubleshooting Linux based environmentsย 
    • Ensuring the highest levels of systems availabilityย 
    • Monitoring and testing application performance for potential bottlenecks, identifying possible solutions, and working with developers to implement those fixes.ย ย ย 
    • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support.ย ย ย 
    • Experience with automation software including:ย 
      • Puppet Enterpriseย 
      • Ansibleย 
      • Pythonย 
      • PowerShellย ย 
      • Bashย 
    • Experience with Atlassian tool suite including:ย 
      • Jiraย ย 
      • BitBucketย 
      • Nexusย 
      • Jenkinsย ย ย 
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization to include VMware.ย ย ย 
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS or MS Azure.ย ย ย 
  • Individual(s) will be expected to perform at a Senior/SME level with minimal to no assistance from junior level organic staff.ย 

Scheduleย 

  • Facilities are open 6am-6pm - you can work with your customer leadership to set hoursย 
  • You can flex time during the 2 week pay cycle - avoid using PTO for appointmentsย 
  • A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e.4/10 or 9/80)ย
