JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of mobile and web applications for use across all areas of the firm.
  • Support data science initiatives by cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover insights.
  • Collaborate on the configuration and deployment of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
  • Documentation, technical write-ups, and internal training materials.
  • Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and learn from senior staff.
  • Collaborate with firm users and clients to assess business needs and recommend/design modern digital solutions.
  • Become familiar with all firm applications and solutions that can be used in a solution design to meet requirements, including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services) to enhance solution capabilities and user experience.
  • Integrate applications and data across platforms using APIs, connectors, and cloud services.
  • Attend meetings with users, stakeholders, and colleagues to align goals and progress.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCESSFUL
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and mobile app development.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools and interest in generative AI platforms like Copilot.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Python.
  • Understanding of networking, server management, and cloud storage (e.g., Azure, OneDrive).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
