Role Overview


This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role where you will act as the bridge between high-growth businesses and top talent. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building your own client base while sourcing and placing candidates into specialist roles. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement while developing deep expertise in your market. With structured training and clear progression, this role is designed to quickly move you into a high-billing, client-facing consultant position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Negotiate offers and close deals
  • Develop market knowledge within your specialist sector

  • Ability to work on-site in Edgewater, Miami, five days per week
  • Experience in sales, business development, or another target-driven role
