We specialize in launching the careers of safety-minded, ambitious new drivers. Skip the stressful "experience required" roadblocks. Join our Paid Finishing Program and get paired with a dedicated trainer and carrier to learn the ropes safely and confidently.

CDL-A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities:

  • Go out with a Mentor for 4-6 weeks, or in some cases you'll only be out 10 days. Earn anywhere from $650-$850 depending on where you domicile. Once you finish up with your Mentor, let us get you on a lane, whether it be Dedicated, Regional, Local or OTR. There are plenty of options out there!
  • Dry Van, Reefer, of Flatbed

CDL-A Driver / Truck Driver Requirements:

  • Clean or close to clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, hair and urine drug screen, and background check.
