Xavier University of Louisiana is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Graduate Admissions team as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions. In this role, you will lead efforts to attract high-quality graduate students to Xavier University of Louisiana, with a specific focus on programs in Education and Health. AA/EOE
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graduate admissions, recruitment, or related field.
  • Experience using a CRM or admissions management system (such as Slate) to manage prospective student communication, application review, and recruitment tracking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment events and activities.
