We have partnered with our client in their search for a Lead Software Engineer in O'Fallon, MO.

Responsibilities
  • This job is a developing subject matter expert in the Software Engineering area, influencing stakeholders and applying advanced knowledge to drive achievement of area goals and initiatives by contributing to solution development and improvements for existing products, services, and/or processes.
Skills Required
  • Develops and maintains high-quality, scalable software solutions, ensuring security and operational resilience.
  • Performs thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to uphold quality standards.
  • Designs, develops, and delivers complex software solutions aligned with business needs and organizational standards.
  • Creates detailed technical artifacts, including requirements documents, design specifications, test plans, and deployment strategies.
  • Performs system maintenance, incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution in complex production environments.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and frameworks, conducting Proof of Concept (PoCs) evaluations.
  • Maintains solution and technology roadmaps, contributing to strategic planning and innovation while promoting best practices in SDLC, testing, and security.
