Molex, a Koch Company, is seeking Early Career Engineer Interns to join our Global Sales & Marketing team. This 12-week internship provides students with hands-on experience supporting real business initiatives while learning about technical sales, business development, product management, marketing, and customer engagement. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to Molex products, customers, and markets.

What You Will Do

  • Gain exposure to various functions within Global Sales & Marketing, including Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other commercial teams.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, process improvement initiatives, market assessments, or other project-based work that supports strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop solutions, and drive project deliverables.
  • Develop an understanding of Molex products, solutions, customers, and end markets.
  • Participate in professional development workshops, networking opportunities, leadership discussions, and training sessions.
  • Build relationships with mentors, business leaders, and fellow interns while gaining insight into career opportunities within Molex.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, customer engagement, business development, product management, marketing, or technical solutions.
