Graduate Assistant - Center for Women's Entrepreneurship (CWE)
Position Type:Graduate Assistant (Part-Time)

Funding Source:Small Business Administration Grant

Position Summary
The Center for Women's Entrepreneurship (CWE) is seeking a motivated Graduate Assistant to support programming and operations for its Women's Business Center (WBC), funded in part through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). This position will begin in Fall 2026 and continue through the Spring 2027 semester.

The Graduate Assistant will work closely with theCWE Program Managerand other center staff to conduct research, develop marketing materials, assist with participant recruitment, and collect client data for reporting and evaluation. This role is vital to the successful launch and ongoing operation of the new accelerator program and will provide important marketing and program support for CWE initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with theCWE Program Managerto support programming and operations
  • Conduct research to support program planning and program-related initiatives
  • Assist in creating marketing and outreach materials to support program recruitment and promotion
  • Support marketing and communications efforts to attract program participants
  • Collect, organize, and maintain client data for grant reporting and program evaluation
  • Assist with program coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with CWE staff on outreach, program logistics, and operational support

Qualifications

  • Current graduate student in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, public policy, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing, outreach, or communications is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, economic development, or supporting small businesses is a plus
