Are you a new graduate or someone looking to make a career change?! We are looking for someone with an outgoing, positive attitude for an exciting Strategic Development Program role in Halifax, NS!


Our client is a successful corporation serving Canada for over 100 years! They are recognized by their customers as the “distributor of choice” in the construction market. This is a fantastic development program for someone who wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment while developing their sales and leadership skills.


We are looking for energetic, results driven team players! This position will teach you every aspect of the business starting in the warehouse then moving into counter sales/project management, inside/outside sales, moving through the program until you settle into a role that fits. This role offers mentorship and on the job training, growth potential and above all advancement opportunities within the business.


The successful candidate must be a quick learner and able to work in a team environment. They must also possess strong communication, customer service and organization skills. If you have a University Degree or College Diploma, and work well with minimal supervision this may be the role for you.


This is a Full Time-Permanent role, where you will be provided with a base salary, bonus structure, benefits program and RRSP matching. Additionally, if successful, you will receive great training and support with opportunity for advancement within the company.
