Support project goals and plant operations as directed by the Executive Vice President and Project Manager

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Required:

Proficiency in Microvellum and AutoCAD (strong 2D and 3D modeling skills)
Experience creating detailed technical drawings, part drawings, and assemblies for CNC programming
Ability to interpret architectural blueprints, plans, sections, and engineering specifications
Strong understanding of millwork production workflows and manufacturing processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA standards

Preferred:

Prior experience in custom millwork, retail fixtures, or architectural woodworking
Knowledge of design optimization and material efficiency
Experience working with CNC programmers and production teams

Personal Traits:
You are a dependable, technically skilled team player who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality designs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, adapt quickly to changing project needs, and are committed to DNB’s culture of integrity, craftsmanship, and passionate teamwork.
