Join Our Team at Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center!

As a Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to start your nursing career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care and customer service to our patients and their families.

Hourly rate ranges from $40 to $45 for LPNs and $42 to $47 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay!

About the Role:

We are seeking Graduate Nurses who have recently graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program and are ready to start their nursing career. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and will be responsible for providing care to residents while waiting to take your NCLEX exam.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident

  • Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care

  • Follow physician's orders and render and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders

  • Document patient records and provide comprehensive and complete nursing notes

Requirements:

  • Must have graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire date

  • Must have proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
