  • Serve as a clinical resource to command staff and agency leadership regarding injury trends, duty readiness, and safe return-to-work planning.
  • Participate in case review meetings with the strength & conditioning professional and ProTeam leadership to align clinical care with performance and wellness initiatives.
  • Support workers’ compensation navigation by providing timely documentation, objective functional information, and clear communication to all stakeholders.

Documentation, Data, and Reporting

  • Track key clinical metrics (e.g., time lost, case duration, mechanism of injury, functional outcomes) and assist leadership in using this data to improve programs and services.
  • Provide regular, concise injury and outcomes reports to the Chief Operations Officer and agency stakeholders to support accountability and continuous improvement.

Education, Outreach, and Professional Representation

  • Provide group and one‑on‑one education on topics such as injury prevention, ergonomics, load management, recovery, and early symptom reporting.
