Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Tucson, AZ

Assignment Details:
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Full-time; 36 hours per week
• Pay: $1,579 weekly (based on 36 hours)

Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides rehabilitative care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA helps patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function through individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.

Responsibilities:
• Implement treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety techniques
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, documentation standards, and safety regulations

Qualifications:
• Active Arizona PTA license (or Compact equivalent)
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience (skilled nursing or outpatient preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
