UForce Fitness is a high energy fitness studio focused on helping adults and young athletes build strength, confidence, discipline, and real results. We offer group training, personal training, boxing, strength and conditioning, kickboxing, and youth athletic development programs.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and experienced Head Coach / Lead Trainer to help lead our coaching team, deliver excellent training sessions, and support the growth of our studio.
Position Overview

The Head Coach / Lead Trainer will be responsible for coaching high quality classes, leading by example, supporting other trainers, maintaining strong client relationships, and helping ensure that every member receives an outstanding experience at UForce Fitness.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, leadership, team culture, client results, and building a successful training environment.
Responsibilities

  1.  Lead adult and youth fitness classes with energy, professionalism, and attention to safety 
  2.  Coach strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness sessions 
  3.  Create a positive, motivating, and disciplined training environment 
  4.  Support, mentor, and help train other coaches on class structure, coaching standards, and client experience 
  5.  Ensure all classes start and end on time and follow UForce Fitness standards 
  6.  Help assess members and track progress when needed 
  7.  Build strong relationships with members, parents, and athletes 
  8.  Help improve member retention through excellent coaching and communication 
  9.  Assist with trial classes, new member onboarding, and fitness assessments 
  10.  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training floor 
  11.  Communicate with management about coach performance, class quality, and member feedback 
  12.  Support studio growth through referrals, events, promotions, and community involvement 
  13.  Represent UForce Fitness with professionalism both inside and outside the studio 
Qualifications

  1.  Experience coaching group fitness, strength and conditioning, or athletic training 
  2.  Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide other trainers 
  3.  Excellent communication and people skills 
  4.  Ability to coach both adults and kids with confidence and patience 
  5.  Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high energy 
  6.  Reliable, punctual, and professional 
  7.  Passion for helping clients achieve results 
  8.  CPR / First Aid certification preferred 
  9.  Personal training or group fitness certification preferred 
  10.  Sales or client retention experience is a plus
