Position Overview

The School of Business and Enterprise seeks a motivated graduate student to serve as a Research Assistant supporting faculty research initiatives. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in business research methodologies, data analysis, and academic scholarship while contributing to cutting-edge research in business.

Key Responsibilities

Literature Review and Research

  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews across business and enterprise topics

  • Identify, evaluate, and synthesize relevant academic sources and industry publications

  • Maintain organized repository of research materials and citations

  • Stay current with emerging trends and developments in assigned research areas

Data Analysis and Statistics

  • Perform statistical analysis using software packages such as SPSS, R, Stata, or Excel

  • Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis

  • Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses

  • Create data visualizations, charts, and graphs to present findings

  • Validate data accuracy and identify potential analytical issues

Research Support

  • Assist faculty with ongoing research projects and grant-funded studies
