About the Role:
We have a current opening for the Industrial Graduate Program (IGP)- Production Performance Analyst and are actively reviewing applications.
The Industrial Graduate Program (IGP) offers a comprehensive 4-year journey, which will prepare you for a career with Ferrero through mentorship, technical on-the-job training, as well as a supplementary training curriculum to support your development. This program embodies the Learning by Doing spirit of Ferrero, and will introduce you to the industrial setting, learning the "Ferrero Way" and exploring industrial career path opportunities.
This 4-year program will include the first 2 years in the home location (Florence, KY) and the last 2 years on a rotation to a different plant with Ferrero North America to expand your breadth of experience with the company and in Manufacturing.
Ferrero's Florence, KY bakery, home to iconic brands like Keebler® Famous Amos®, and Mother's® is looking for a Production Performance Analyst to join our team!
As a Production Performance Analyst, you will work closely with the Industrial team, providing necessary data and information needed to correctly manage production. This is achieved by monitoring and analyzing various data and preparing reports for the production team.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Performance Analyst to understand the Production Performance Gap Analysis
  • Support the Operations Manager results by monitoring the performance objectives of production lines
  • Lead improvement projects related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation and Environmental (SQCDME) pillars
  • Participate on FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence) workshops to become a FOX facilitator on Lean Tools
  • Support the Performance Analyst in preparing and supplying information for management review
  • Develop performance analysis to assist the Operations Manager in creating the budget for production for the fiscal year
  • Deep understanding of Data Analytics in relation to production metrics (KPI's), with a Continuous Improvement mindset

About You:
  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in the last 12 months
  • Capable of collaborating in a team setting and efficiently managing workload priorities
  • Curious and proactive, ready to ask questions, reach out for assistance, and locating the necessary information or solutions
  • Advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in SAP system preferred
  • Prior exposure or experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered an asset
