Job description

Work with BID13 (bid13.com)
A leading international startup venture in online storage auctions. We are rapidly expanding and are searching for Sales Representatives to join us.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a team that connects with potential clients and helps them see the value in auction services. Your day-to-day will include reaching out to new prospects, having genuine conversations, and guiding them through our services — whether that’s over the phone, through email, or during on-line demos. You don’t need to be a sales expert — we’ll teach you how to handle questions, build trust, and turn interest into partnerships.

As you grow more confident, you’ll take on managing relationships with larger, multi-location clients and develop a clear, consistent approach to your work. We’ll support your development with access to one-on-one coaching, learning resources, and audiobooks. You’ll also have the chance to attend exciting industry trade shows in major U.S. cities like Las Vegas, where you can meet new people, learn from others, and expand your network. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative, supportive team — and you’ll never be on your own.

Our office is bright, open, and located right off Highway 401 and Markham Road — easy to get to from anywhere in the GTA, with free parking and lots of great lunch spots nearby.

Your compensation will be$20/Hr for the first three months, then $22/Hr + incentives after completion of probationary period.

Why You’ll Want In

If you have demonstrated success in working with customers—curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to keep improving. We’ll give you the tools, training, and support to build valuable skills that can launch your career in a new direction. From mastering conversations to building confidence with customers, you’ll be learning by doing — all in a friendly, down-to-earth environment that celebrates progress over perfection.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that shares wins, helps each other out, and believes in growing together. If you're looking for a fresh challenge and a chance to grow with a supportive company, we’d love to meet you.
