Job Summary
The Flag Football Instructor is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Instructor may be required to coach and officiate practices and games across all age groups and skill levels. They will need to build relationships with players, parents, and parent-coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.
Responsibilities
  • Assist parent volunteer coaches to lead practices focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
  • Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
  • Supervise the overall operation of the sport on game day.
  • Officiate games.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems.
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work weekends.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
