Due to our recent growth and acquisitions we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following position: Customer Care Agent, Planet Ford 45, Spring TX.

Key Accountability Areas:

  1. Deliver all sold vehicles to customers with an emphasis placed on complete customer satisfaction by explaining the dealership's philosophy and customer viewpoint questionnaire
  2. Ensure all customer license plates are installed & delivered
  3. Verify all customers are introduced to the service department & the first service appointment has been set
  4. Ensure all customer concerns are addressed within 24 hours
  5. Ensure all supplies are accounted for, properly stocked and are in a clean orderly manner
