ABOUT US:
We're the world's leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media, and betting. More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.
The Sales Graduate Program is a structured, rotational development program designed for recent College/University graduates who are interested in building a long-term career in Sales. Participants will join as a cohort of three associates and rotate through key sales and corporate functions over 12 months. The program provides hands-on experience, formal training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders, with the goal of preparing participants for a permanent sales role upon successful completion of the program.
Program roles will be available in each of our three key locations of New York, London or Singapore and will start in September of 2026.
THE CHALLENGE:
Participants will complete rotations across a variety of teams, which may include:

โ€ข Sales Development
โ€ข Global Account Management
โ€ข Client Success
โ€ข Sales Leadership
โ€ข Sales Operations
โ€ข Corporate functions
โ€ข Product
โ€ข Other departments as assigned
Throughout the program, participants will receive:

โ€ข Formal sales and professional development training
โ€ข Mentorship from sales leaders and cross-functional partners
โ€ข Regular performance feedback and career coaching
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Actively participate in assigned rotations and complete all program requirements
โ€ข Support sales activities such as prospecting, pipeline management, client presentations, and account analysis
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the full sales lifecycle and client journey
โ€ข Analyze data and prepare reports to support sales strategies and decision-making
โ€ข Present rotation learnings and project outcomes to program leaders and stakeholders
โ€ข Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability, and a strong interest in a sales career
ABOUT YOU:
โ€ข Recent graduate (within the last 12 months or anticipated graduation by May 2026) of an accredited college/university
โ€ข Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or related field
โ€ข Strong interest in sales and client-facing roles
โ€ข Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Technical aptidute
โ€ข Ability to explain complex products
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
โ€ข Demonstrates strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand client environments in order to support effective discovery and solution alignment.
โ€ข CRM experience a plus
โ€ข Prior internship or sales experience a plus
โ€ข High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
โ€ข Self-motivated team players with strong problem-solving skills
โ€ข Candidates interested in growing into a long-term sales role within the company
This role is not eligible for relocation support or visa sponsorship. Applicants must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in one of the following locations: New York, London, or Singapore.
Program Completion & Career Path
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be considered for placement into a permanent sales role based on performance, business needs, and individual interests.
