Teddy's Lawn & Landscape is hiring an experienced Softscape Foreman to run planting, drainage, grading, and landscape installation projects across Southeast Michigan. This is a leadership role with year-round work, newer equipment, and a team that people stay with for decades.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a crew through all phases of softscape installation: planting, grading, drainage, and full landscape builds

  • Read landscape plans, lay out job sites, and keep projects on schedule

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of landscape installation experience
