TCI is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman and operator with experience in Concrete, Underground and Earthwork. We work in public and private jobs completing work anywhere from street opening with all utilities to small repairs and sidewalk replacements. We are looking for experienced Foreman who has experience in the civil construction industry. Must be independent, dependable and timely with organizational abilities and an attitude for teamwork - we work together to make each other successful.


Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)


  • Oversees and coordinates the installation of concrete foundations on wireless sites, including but not limited to, operating heavy equipment, completing drilled pier, gravity pad, and building pad foundations
  • Ability to oversees a 2-3 man crew on project sites, ensuring safety, responsible tool and equipment usage, and performance expectations are all being upheld to standards
  • Effectively communicates project plans and standards to labor crews, sub-contractors, vendors, and customers
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and foundation designs
  • Responsible for communicating with vendors to order jobsite materials like concrete, stone, block, rebar etc.
  • Ability to complete multiple concrete forming and pouring methods in accordance with EPA and local jurisdictions
  • Ensuring all work is inspected by the Authority having local jurisdiction
  • Perform site grading and layouts using a laser level
  • Efficiently operates equipment such as, skid steer and mini excavator for foundation excavation and utility trenching
  • Perform site grading and layouts using a laser level
  • Ensure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures, completing daily JSA/toolbox talks and maintaining good housekeeping on site
  • Work with the Project Manager and Construction Manager daily to ensure schedules are being met
  • Complete project required close-out packages and take required photos, sending to management to verify installation has been done properly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving
  • Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy during all seasons throughout the year
  • May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
  • Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site

Signal Strength (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years' experience in civil works - on and around various wireless sites preferred
  • 3+ years' experience leading a construction crew
  • Hydraulics License
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required'
  • CDL A Preferred
