Landscape Installation Crew
Work alongside our installation team to help create high-quality outdoor living spaces. Responsibilities may include site preparation, material handling, planting, grading, hardscape assistance, equipment operation, and general landscape installation tasks.
Landscape Maintenance Crew
Help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, pruning, blowing, and other landscape maintenance duties while ensuring client properties remain clean and professional year-round.
General Responsibilities
  • Safely operate landscape equipment and tools
  • Work collaboratively with crew leaders and team members
  • Perform assigned tasks with quality and attention to detail
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude on job sites
  • Learn and develop landscaping skills using company software and systems

Ideal Qualifications & Skills
  • Landscaping experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work

Physical Demands
This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Candidates must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
