Job description

Land Development Company seeking Motor Grader Operator (West Palm Beach County)

  • Experienced 140 Motor Grader Operator
  • Moving, spreading, compacting, positioning, and loading materials as needed.
  • Experience in operating Heavy Equipment including, but not limited to Excavators, Rollers, Skid-Steer, Asphalt Paver, Loader, Dozer etc.
  • Requires a thorough understanding of all aspects of the land development industry including, but not limited to, prep work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, job specifications, compaction, and other details related to asphalt paving
  • Assist the crew on Layout and installs underground pipe systems of various shapes and sizes.
  • Ensures proper placement, connections, and alignment according to project specifications.
  • Service, grease, and clean the machines daily.
  • Perform and document daily inspection of the equipment.
  • Communicate to the Field Supervisor on the different breakdowns and operational needs.
  • Must operate all equipment following safety policies and standards, as well as DOT policies and standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
