Overview
Susquehanna International Group is seeking a new member to join our Information Security Services team, which is responsible for managing and supporting our various preventative cyber security controls. We leverage our extensive experience and broad backgrounds to work with our business units to efficiently maintain Susquehanna's competitive business advantage while implementing needed cyber security for today's landscape. We are looking for passionate and curious Security professionals who want to leave their mark on our ever-evolving program. This position is for a hybrid role with a remote work component, located in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office location.
In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and manage our growing set of network-based cyber security controls, including firewalls, network access control lists, and web proxies
  • Respond to issues and requests that arise within the environment, taking point on investigating and troubleshooting as required
  • Interface with our various lines-of-business to support connectivity to other sites, third parties, and exchanges
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical sponsors to assist in the implementation and ongoing support of new solutions and develop new skills
  • Work with and learn from an expanding global set of security practitioners
  • Develop automation and scripting skills to support management and monitoring of our environment.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Networking & Systems Administration, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline required
  • Strong technical understanding of networking and network security concepts as well as cyber security fundamentals
  • Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting/automation experience
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to explain security concepts to audiences regardless of their technical proficiency
  • Client/Endpoint and cloud security experience is a plus
