Grace Psychological Services is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a remote-focused clinic, our counselors enjoy the flexibility of telehealth therapy while maintaining a collaborative team atmosphere through regular virtual meetings and consultations. Additionally, our counselors have minimal paperwork burdens, allowing them to focus primarily on client interaction and therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their psychological needs, backgrounds, and treatment goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that address identified issues, and regularly evaluate client progress to adapt approaches as necessary.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy in various modalities, including in-person sessions when applicable and through telehealth to ensure accessibility for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, therapy notes, and progress reports, in compliance with state regulations.
• Facilitate a supportive and non-judgmental counseling environment, cultivating trust and rapport with clients to encourage openness and growth.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As a counselor at Grace Psychological Services, you will engage with clients of all ages, employing sensitivity and adaptability to meet their unique therapeutic needs.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Possession of an active and valid Social Work License as recognized by state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing interruptions whilst ensuring clients receive focused and professional care.

• Experience in community mental health settings or outpatient therapies.
• Familiarity with health services delivery models and electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy via telehealth platforms, adapting to best practices for virtual engagement.

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
