Grace Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with the multi-disciplinary treatment team, contributing to comprehensive treatment planning for clients.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, adapting approaches according to clients' unique needs.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, documenting clients' progress effectively using our client management system.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges, ensuring that progress is tracked and modified as necessary.
• Monitor clients' situations regularly, following up to ensure improvement and satisfaction with the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with substance use disorders as well as accompanying mental health challenges. These clients may range from adolescents to adults, each presenting with unique experiences and backgrounds. Understanding the dynamics of familial and marital relationships is crucial, as many clients seek therapy to navigate complex interpersonal issues in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, free from any suspension or probation.
• Strong communication skills to establish a supportive therapeutic environment and foster trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient setting, bringing expertise in treating diverse client populations.
• Experience with dual diagnosis treatment and an understanding of mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
