Associate Talent Manager (Friend of Brand / Full Time Employee booker / Creator Networks)

Overview/Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a highly organized and proactive communicator who manages high-volume email correspondence and acts as a key liaison across multiple internal teams

  • Identify and book friends of brand and editor talent for Conde Nast branded content campaigns and white label client campaigns

  • Extensive knowledge and invested interest in the internal editorial talent landscape of Conde Nast. The ability to understand editor's upcoming projects, previous brand partnerships, and general fee structure

  • Help manage and oversee talent during on-site production and/or at Conde Nast tentpole events

  • Work closely with editorial, legal, human resources, people compliance and the commercial team.

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Google Suite by managing and maintaining detailed trackers and spreadsheets to ensure clear organization, accurate accounting of expenses, and efficient workflow coordination for multiple programs and tasks

Requirements / Skills:

  • 1-2 years plus of talent booking experience

  • Strong communication skills, team player, eager to cooperate and collaborate with counterparts in the internal organization

  • Anticipate potential challenges, leveraging team expertise for collaborative problem-solving while developing the autonomy to address issues independently as experience grows

  • Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to multi-task and follow strict deadlines in a high pressure work environment

  • Proven ability to manage relationships, creatively problem solve, and drive processes forward for change

  • Highly organized and proactive communicator to manage a high volume of email correspondence and serve as a key liaison across multiple internal teams

Nice to Haves

  • Relationships with Talent Agencies, PR Firms, Digital Influencer Agencies, Record Labels, Model Agents, etc.

  • An understanding of the aspects of contractual talent booking including: executing contracts, talent negotiations, model booking, music clearances, content usage and SAG guidelines

  • Experience in crafting deals with all forms of talent including but not limited to: celebrities, chefs, entrepreneurs, social media influencers, artists, athletes, musicians, designers, etc.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $75,000.00-$80,000.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
