Stellar Solutions is seeking an Acquisition Program Integrator to support the U.S. Air Force Military GPS User Equipment programs. This role provides day-to-day acquisition, program management, and business operations support for the development and integration of modernized GPS user equipment designed to operate securely in contested and high-interference environments. The position requires disciplined execution, effective stakeholder coordination, and a strong understanding of Department of Defense acquisition policies and lifecycle processes. Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications Key responsibilities include: * Support day-to-day acquisition, program management, and business operations activities for a major space acquisition program. * Draft program presentations, correspondence, briefings, and other acquisition-related documentation. * Coordinate and respond to tasks from organizations across the service, department, and external agencies. * Support acquisition milestones, program decisions, lifecycle planning, and program execution activities. * Monitor statutory, regulatory, policy, and procedural updates and help ensure program compliance. * Advise Government leadership on Department of Defense acquisition policies, processes, and lifecycle requirements. * Build and maintain productive relationships with external stakeholders and coordinate required reviews, approvals, and concurrence. * Track acquisition actions and ensure assigned tasks are carried through from initiation to completion. * Support the safe shipping, handling, accountability, and storage of sensitive program documents and assets. * Use Microsoft Office applications to develop, maintain, and communicate program information, schedules, analyses, and status updates. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. * 5 or more years of experience with the Department of Defense acquisition system, lifecycle planning, program management, and business operations. * Experience supporting key Department of Defense acquisition program milestones and decisions. * Experience with project or program execution and lifecycle management. * Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook. * Experience applying DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.80, DoDI 5000.85, and DoDI 5000.87. * Ability to manage tasks through completion. * Ability to advise Department of Defense leadership on acquisition policies and processes. Desired Qualifications * Experience supporting proposal technical evaluations. * Experience developing competitive or non-competitive requests for proposals. * Experience supporting the development and execution of Department of Defense space acquisition programs. * Experience with GPS and the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing mission area. * Experience supporting the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center or U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command. * Experience with GPS user equipment. * Experience with Other Transaction Agreements. * Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and written communication skills. * Master's degree. * Acquisition Professional Development Program Program Management Level I or higher certification. * Project Management Professional certification. Clearance & Additional Requirements * Secret clearance is required. * Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Location: This position is located in El Segundo, CA Compensation: The typical salary range for this position is USD $85,000 - $135,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to salary). Deliverable(s) Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction.
