Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Construction Technology Deployment Lead for travel-based field work supporting robotics, autonomous equipment, and advanced construction technology deployments.


Pay: $115,000-$125,000/year, based on experience

Location: Plano, TX area; candidates should live within reasonable distance of a major airport

Schedule: Heavy weekly travel to U.S. project sites; overnight and variable project schedules may occur

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Lead deployment activities for robotic/autonomous equipment in construction and infrastructure environments

- Support equipment setup, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and field maintenance

- Work with sensors, electronics, mechanical systems, and related field hardware

- Coordinate jobsite readiness, safe deployment practices, and communication between field and technical teams

- Document issues, failures, field observations, and improvement opportunities

- Represent Rinvio professionally with site teams and project stakeholders


Requirements:

- Construction, heavy equipment, field service, machinery, robotics, or construction technology experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment, complex machinery, or technical field support preferred

- Mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting tools, sensors, electronics, and equipment systems

- Ability to communicate clearly with construction teams, operators, and technical support groups

- Willingness to travel weekly and work in changing project conditions

- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs

- Hydraulics, electrical, GPS/machine control, fabrication, welding, soldering, or automation experience is a plus
